Gen Z and younger millennials especially are one of the most Democratic-leaning demographics overall, but many of these young people feel disillusioned or disengaged by Democrats and Republicans. To win them back, Democrats need a strategy that combines policy substance and structural changes in how they campaign. Here are some key areas: Climate Action, Economic Security, Reproductive Rights & LGBTQ+ Rights and Tech & the Future of Work. Young voters care deeply about personal freedoms.
