The Texas Republican party just adopted a new platform calling homosexuality “abnormal” and opposing “all efforts to validate transgender identity.”

The Texas GOP party adopted the 40-page platform at its biennial convention in Houston after passing the party’s new guiding principles, which includes a section titled “Homosexuality and Gender Issues.”

You can’t say Texas didn’t warn you. They’re leading the way in the march to repeal gay marriage in this country. Here’s how it will happen:
