Guy Refit was CONVICTED ON ALL COUNTS.  His conviction will probably lead to hundreds of other insurrectionists awaiting their trials to think again and take a plea deal rather than end up like him.

Last week, Reffitt’s own son testified over his concern about his father’s ties to THE TEXAS THREE PERCENTERS – A right wing militia and anti-government group.  The son eventually reported the father to the FBI on Christmas Eve 2000.
